Biography
Jason is the founding member of Wagner Law Group and a civil litigation attorney with more than a quarter century of trial experience. His practice spans all aspects of case preparation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, motions practice, briefing, trial preparation and participation, and appellate representation.
He has handled hundreds of matters in multiple state and federal jurisdictions covering premises liability, products liability, commercial disputes, employment matters, construction claims, and administrative law. He brings extraordinary ability to obtain successful results in litigation matters at all levels of practice, with multiple appellate victories and favorable settlements across a wide range of industries.

- Obtained favorable settlement in auto-pedestrian serious personal injury litigation in a plaintiff-friendly jurisdiction on behalf of a national commercial property management company.
- Obtained favorable settlement in auto-pedestrian wrongful death litigation in a plaintiff-friendly jurisdiction on behalf of a national retailer.
- Obtained favorable settlement in serious personal injury litigation following arc flash and burn injuries on behalf of a national oil and gas coating company.
- Defended and achieved favorable resolution of wrongful death products liability lawsuit in which the death of a motorcycle occupant was alleged to have resulted from a defect in the design and manufacture of the motorcycle.
- Defended and achieved favorable resolution of wrongful death products liability lawsuit in an admiralty and maritime matter involving offshore bridge building equipment.
- Secured dismissal of a major national retailer in premises liability lawsuit involving head injury to a minor child.
