Jason Wagner
Biography
Jason is the founding member of Wagner Law Group and a civil litigation attorney with more than a quarter century of trial experience. His practice spans all aspects of case preparation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, motions practice, briefing, trial preparation and participation, and appellate representation.
He has handled hundreds of matters in multiple state and federal jurisdictions covering premises liability, products liability, commercial disputes, employment matters, construction claims, and administrative law. He brings extraordinary ability to obtain successful results in litigation matters at all levels of practice, with multiple appellate victories and favorable settlements across a wide range of industries.
